1. What Warded is

Warded is a desktop coaching tool for League of Legends. It reads your local game data (via Riot's public APIs) and sends summaries to Google Gemini to generate advice. The app is provided as-is, without any warranty.

2. Compliance with Riot's Terms of Service

Warded uses only the public APIs (LCU and Live Client API) that Riot Games explicitly opened for third-party apps. No client modification, no automation, no injection. Warded does not interfere with the game. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Warded complies with Riot's Terms of Service in your region. If Riot ever flags Warded as non-compliant, we will adjust or shut down the offending feature.

3. Premium subscription

• Premium is billed monthly at €2.49 via Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel anytime from the confirmation email Lemon Squeezy sent you. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
• A Premium license is tied to one machine. If you change PC, contact us to reset your activation.
• Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Warded application.
• Share your Premium license key with other users.
• Use Warded for any illegal purpose or to violate Riot Games' Terms of Service.
• Attempt to overload or abuse our AI proxy.

5. No warranty / limitation of liability

Warded is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not responsible for any account suspension, loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: AI advice that turns out wrong, missed games due to a bug, or any issue caused by interaction with the game client.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of Warded after a change means you accept the new terms.
